One tip I can pass on to you right now is to always “move around” when you are speaking, just like you would do in a regular day to day circumstance. This technique will assist you in calming your nerves and give you an opportunity to “redirect” your nervousness.

One tip I can pass on to you right now is to always “move around” when you are speaking, just like you would do in a regular day to day circumstance. This technique will assist you in calming your nerves and give you an opportunity to “redirect” your nervousness.

I have had students in my college classes for many years that have been terrified of speaking in front of people. They used this method of “moving their energy differently” and seen miraculous improvements.
I am now coaching a Postdoc student at Columbia University in New York City. He is preparing for a conference in early June.

Not long ago, I worked with a client who was a professional scientist (cancer research specialist). He needed to exchange his theories with his colleagues. We worked together on how he was going to deliver his presentation and the most effective way in which to “connect” with his listeners.

I am a Presentation Coach (Public Speaking). I assist clients in “connecting” and “sharing” their ideas with their audiences.

I believe the outcome is always the same: Helping the presenter to get their ideas into other people’s hearts and minds which enable the listeners take massive action.

Whatever you decide to do keep adding value to other people’s lives with what you do best,
Kerry R.
