Hi! I am Marina. I completed my BA in Psychology at Concordia University, Canada, I then did my Masters in Forensic Psychology and PhD in Psychology & Law at CUNY. I have over 14 years of experience of college teaching at various levels (both undergrad and grad). I am also currently a full time faculty at a University and I conduct both quantitative and qualitative research. I have extensive knowledge in a variety of social sciences, research methods, statistics, SPSS, as well as developing strong essay writing and oral presentation skills.

As a mom of three, I have lots of patience and understanding of individual differences and learning styles and will work with you to help YOU excel and feel confident. I prefer to work online but will consider in person meetings also.

I am happy to work with you on your research projects, provide extra assistance in research methods, stats, psychology (all the different classes) as well as other social sciences (theories of crime, criminal justice, sociology of deviance).

I am a native Russian speaker, an avid reader and I have taught my American born children to speak, read, and write in Russian. I can help you excel no matter what level you currently are.
