Universite Paris VIII (France) (English)
I believe that Teaching is the most beautiful job ever, it's what gives everyone the opportunity to get knowledge. I have always loved the interaction, the magic moment when you have to instill what you know in young adults' minds and see them develop into productive members in society. Knowing that you are a part of their success is a great pleasure and honor.
As a teacher and tutor for over 8 years overseas, and now in preparation to take my New York State Teaching Certification Exams, I am excited to have a new experience in the United States. I am a former student of Universite Paris VIII, France where I completed my B.A in English Language and I am a native of a French speaking country and a permanent resident in USA.
My principal goal is to equip my students with the necessary tools to succeed not just in school but in their work place. I also make sure that I give them some homework after every lesson and provide assessments in the appointed time to see their progress. I look forward to hearing from you soon and work with you to achieve your success.
I am a French native and I master the language, I used to be one of the best in my classes and as a French tutor, I take my time to explain the lesson, I make learning fun, I am very patient and my satisfaction is to see my students get it to overcome the challenges. I do not give up helping my students, I make sure I try as many times as I can to have them understand the lesson. I also make myself available to answer their questions.
Like French when it comes to teach or tutor in English, I do my best to let it be not as a burden for my students, I let them know that they can make it, I just apply everything that I learnt and still learning. I make sure I transfer my students the love I have for this language, I explain the lesson with details and if I have to go extra mile, I will do it to make sure that my students understand the material. I do everything to engage my them to the lesson, even those who have very low grades in order to make a difference in their lives and I have high expectations. I also believe that I am realistic and that every young person have to get education regardless of the color of skin, family income, faith, etc.
No one should be left behind. when you want to do something, know that you can do it no matter how hard it is. Hope is a very important word in life and it needs to be kept alive. If you failed yesterday, you can make it tomorrow, you just need to be determined, motivated and say to yourself if others were able to do it, I can do it too, give yourself a new chance to start again, learning is also fun. So are you ready? Let's do it together! I believe that Teaching is the most beautiful job ever, it's what gives everyone the opportunity to get knowledge. I have always loved the interaction, the magic moment when you have to instill what you know in young adults' minds and see them develop into productive members in society.
