I am a current third year law student at Columbia Law School who is passionate about helping students achieve their goals. In my law school admissions cycle, I was accepted into Yale, Harvard, and Columbia as well as several other top law schools. I am a current third year law student at Columbia Law School who is passionate about helping students achieve their goals. In my law school admissions cycle, I was accepted into Yale, Harvard, and Columbia as well as several other top law schools. For prospective law students, I not only help with the written components of the admissions process, but work with students on the LSAT as well. I took my score from a 153 to a 177 entirely through self study. I've turned all of my notes into a curriculum, which I now use to tutor the LSAT. Whether you're struggling with Reading Comprehension, Logic Games, or Logical Reasoning, I have the tips and tricks to help you improve your score.

As I mentioned above, I also regularly help students with the written components of applications. I know how to craft a successful, cohesive essay - whether it be for law school, college or grad school. I know how to write a compelling personal statement. With over four years experience helping students revise and improve their essays and personal statements, I know how to catch the attention of an admissions officer. For law students, this means I can be your guide from the LSAT, to selecting target schools, to writing the application, and all the way through to negotiating for merit aid once you've been accepted. I know the entire process inside and out, and I want to share that knowledge with you!

In addition, I also ran the private sector relations program for one of the major on-campus affinity groups at my law school. In that role I regularly review and edit personal statements, resumes, and cover letters. I also conduct practice interviews and provide feedback on everything from body language to answer content. Getting into law school is not easy. As someone who successfully navigated the process, I am here to help you do the same.

If you feel lost in the college, law, or grad school application process, I am here to help you. So please - reach out, and let me be your guide!

I am currently an Articles Editor on one of the academic law journals at Columbia University Law School. In that role, I edit and proofread extensively, looking for tiny details like missing commas and improper formatting in citations. Beyond that I also handle big picture editing for structure and tone, providing advice to authors to help them improve their work. I am extremely detail oriented and passionate about bringing your written work to the next level!

I am a current law student at Columbia Law School. In my admissions cycle I was accepted into Yale, Harvard, U Chicago and several other T14 law schools. In my college application cycle I received the largest pure merit scholarship offered at my top choice school - American University. I have tutored writing skills for over 4 years and have helped craft countless admissions essays and personal statements. I know how to create a cohesive and compelling application that will get the attention of the admissions offices. I hope to help guide others through the confusing, opaque application process, and make it at least little less overwhelming and a whole lot more successful!

I took my LSAT score from a 153 to a 177 entirely through self study in about 4 months. I have taken all of my notes and turned them into a curriculum of practice drills, lectures, and explainers that I now use to provide customized lessons and study plans to help students achieve their specific goals. Not only do I work with students on the LSAT, but I often help with the entire law school application process, which includes assistance in selecting which schools to apply to, crafting personal statements, resumes, diversity statements and addendums, and negotiating for increased scholarship awards upon acceptance. With my writing skills and my LSAT score, I was accepted into Harvard, Yale, Chicago, and Columbia, and I received a full-tuition merit scholarship to Columbia.

Personal Statement Knight

I can’t get stuck on words and what to articulate doesn’t always come out. My best decision is finding a good tutor and that’s been Taylor. Taylor found the tone I was going for. If you really want quality, hire Taylor.

Personal Statement Knight

It's helpful to do a consultation to discuss goals. She provided helpful insight in her writing process and how to craft a meaningful statement. Taylor really helps you craft in a direct and effective manner. I am not the best writer and have struggled to express my ideas in a coherent manner. I tend to overwrite and sometimes it's important to just be clear and to the point. Taylor found the tone I was going for. If you really want quality, hire Taylor.

EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED

If I could go back in time just so I could have Taylor as my tutor months ago, I wouldn't think twice about it. She transformed every single word I wrote on my personal statement draft, into something that was inspiring and beautiful. Don't think twice about her tutoring you. She's absolutely amazing :). Thank you, Taylor.
