I am an MD/PhD student at Weill Cornell/Rockefeller/Sloan-Kettering currently in the graduate school phase of my training. I earned a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University in 2016, graduating summa cum laude (GPA = 4.00) and with distinction in the major. I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in my junior year and received the Russell Henry Chittenden Prize on graduation, given annually to the senior majoring in natural sciences or mathematics who ranks the highest in scholarship. During my first two years of medical school at Weill Cornell Medicine, I have ranked first in scholarship in my class. I have publications in RNA and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the USA.

Test Preparation

MCAT,

MCAT

I am an MD/PhD student at Weill Cornell/Rockefeller, who scored in the 100th percentile on the 2015 MCAT, with perfect scores (132) in the Biology and Biochemistry, Chemistry and Physics, and Psychology sections. I'm familiar with the types of questions asked on the MCAT, which largely ask test-takers to interpret scientific data and literature. As a current graduate student, I perform these types of tasks daily and can offer strategies for how to best approach the kinds of questions on the MCAT.
USMLE,

USMLE

I am an MD/PhD student at Weill Cornell/Rockefeller, who took the USMLE Step 1 in February 2018 and scored in the 100th percentile with a score of 270. Prior to beginning my graduate work, I completed clinical rotations in pathology, medicine, and surgery, which enable me to provide students with context for some of the more clinically oriented questions on Step 1. Additionally, I have striven to maintain my pre-clinical knowledge during my graduate work to prepare myself for returning to the wards.
