Taxation::
While working in taxation, I have prepared tax returns for high net worth individuals, S and C corporations, LLCs, LLPs and trusts. Have handled couple of clients dealing in investments in domestic and international market from the tax point of view. Tools used while working in taxation: Quickbooks, Ultratax and Proseries software.

Private equity- Finance::
While working in private equity industry, worked on due diligence projects from buy and sell side of transactions particularly in the real estate and pharma industries. Have done financial analysis of various companies to identify the investment opportunities.

Personable and make you learn fast by giving real life examples

As a recent graduate transitioning to the professional world, it is tough at the beginning because I know nothing. Pratik has extensive knowledge in taxation and finance, he helped me with all the questions I had on the form 1040, when I don't get the concept right away, he is never judgmental but uses different examples to show me until I get it. At the end of the session, he advised me on the method to study the different forms in order to learn more efficiently. I can see that he really cares about his students.
