My father worked for the UN for over 25 years, so I have had the opportunity of living, going to school and traveling around the world. I have been exposed to a deep understanding of world history, geopolitics and anthropology, which is often watered down in the American school system. Let me help you put context and better understand world history!

Excellent Tutor/Coach

Joseph B. worked with my son to help him with his personal essay. Joseph B was able to help my son organize his thoughts and clarify his approach to writing his essay and thus lessen his anxiety about the whole process. Joseph B was also able to offer valuable advice about college admissions as he is a graduate of Brown University and also conducts admissions interviews. His perspective on the college admissions process made him a great source of information. His knowledge, warmth and interest in helping you succeed was worth the time, effort and money spent. My son is almost done with his essay when previously he was having difficulty starting. I highly recommend Joseph B.

College Interview Prep

Joe was excellent in helping to prepare my daughter for college interviews. He conducted a mock interview with her, then reviewed the answers and made suggestions for improvement and where she needed to be more detailed. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the interview process.

Great tutor!

Joe's earnest attitude and his powerful messages have provided me confidence. I have lived in NYC for almost 4 years, but my English is still limited, so I was looking for a tutor who can assist me with my English. At that time, I met Joe. He is not ESL teacher and he doesn't teach English grammar, but he shares his experience and knowledge generously and tells how to speak English in public. He always cheers and encourages me. Even thought my English level hasn't changed, I don't feel any hesitation to speak English in public. It's a dramatic change for me and this is what I have been looking for. I highly recommend him to a person without confidence in public speaking!
