About Logan

I am a natural test taker. I have been building my teaching experience in math, science, grammar and test prep for a variety of age groups for the past six years of my life. This experience has given me a deep understanding of subject areas. I will teach for an understanding of each subject and encourage the balance that is required for a life of enjoyment, learning, and test taking.

I've scored in the top 1% on all general standardized tests that I ever remember taking. I can definitely find many solutions to most of the questions a test taker will have.

Above all, I want my students to enjoy themselves with me. The best thing I can do is lift an attitude and build confidence. That gives the student access to creativity. Please, consider my services.

Approved subjects are in bold.

Approved subjects

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Algebra 1

Algebra 1 is where I began my tutoring experience. I've learned that the key to algebra can be consistency. Consistent practice and consistent methods that I'll help you remember will allow you to feel confident when you approach future problems.

Students that I teach for the ASVAB are very happy with me. I have worksheets to practice the most basic to the most advanced math knowledge you will need on the ASVAB. This practice is where you'll make the biggest improvement.

If you ask me to tutor calculus, I don't know what will make me happier: helping someone learn calculus, or doing calculus myself. I love calculus. Contact me and we can have our minds blown together.

GMAT! Don't you love it?! No! Because it can be a pain. But I promise you can learn what to expect from this test. You just need to know it well. Learn the math and logic from the ground up and be pumped with creativity on test day. Boom!

Lately the GRE has been one of my most popular standardized tests. The math is great (not as fun as the GMAT, but close...) I have no fear talking about the GRE.

SAT Math

For this and other standardized tests, I have organized math worksheets to practice the basic skills needed. After that foundation is laid, you can learn how to apply the basics with the many practice exams I have.

Statistics could become my next favorite branch of mathematics. I'm entering my senior year of mathematics with great experience in statistics. I'd love to help you out

Enthusiastic & Excellent Educator — I hired Logan to help me get through the end of a graduate level probability and statistical inference course. He's a great tutor and really knows how to break down the information into manageable pieces. He really made sure I knew the material before moving on, which I really appreciated. I've had other tutors, and Logan really stands out for his natural teaching abilities. He's also just a v ...
