I am a 15 year veteran of teaching in the public schools system. I've taught grades 2, 4, 5, and 6 in multiple subjects throughout my career. I have with the New Generation Learning Standards in New York State and been a part of curriculum building in Math, Science, and ELA.

I love tutoring because it gives the student a chance to have valuable one on one attention in any area of need. The lessons can be catered to what they have a deficit in or an area of interest that they're looking to make growth in.

I am an outstanding math tutor because I've experienced many different styles of learning that cater to the needs of learners at the elementary level.

I have been a part of piloting science curriculum and have used both project based learning and technology to be integrated into science learning.

I have experience in public speaking as a teacher and coach, and have taught ELA including the Next Generation Learning Standards for years. I also have a masters in education in the field of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
