City College of New York, Mahattan (Chemical Engineering)
City College of New York, Mahattan (Master's)
Developing my skills in tutoring started since in High School. After High School I taught for 4 years as a High School teacher. I later attended City College of New York where I graduated with a Bachelor in Chemical (2004) and a Master in Biomedical Engineering (2009). During this time I also worked in various College Laboratories: City College Chemistry lab as a Research Assistant; Kingsborough Community College Biology Lab, Bronx Community College Chemistry Lab, and York College Biology Lab as a lab Technician. During this time, I helped hundreds of college students realized their dreams in obtaining higher grades in their science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics). This gives me a form of gratification to see students succeed to their maximum potential.
I am specialize in all of High School science subjects (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, chemistry, physics and biology), College science subjects (pre-calculus, calculus, biology, physiology and anatomy, chemistry) and other engineering subjects upon prior requests, GED and GRE.
I consider myself very professional. For this reason I will never bill for a session if the student and parent are not completely satisfied.
I try to be flexible with time. While I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy I do offer make up classes.
To ensure students are comfortable and in a quite environment when working with me, I usually tutor in nearby libraries and colleges, where I have complete access to. I do not rule out other locations.
I look forward to hearing from you ASAP and helping achieve maximum success in you studies.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am qualified to tutor Chemical Engineering because I tutored Chemical Engineering at City College of New York when I was an undergraduate student. I have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from City College of New York (2004). I also have a Master's in Biomedical Engineering (which utilizes some Chemical Engineering principles) from City College of New York (2010).
I am qualified to teach differential equations, because I have a bachelor's in chemical engineering from City College of New York. One of the core requirements of my bachelor's degree is differential equations, for which I got an 'A' grade. I also tutored differential equations while I was in college. I have passed other calculus subjects higher than differential equations.
