I Am Very Athletic
Softball (camp), basketball, music, dancing, shopping, working out at the gym, Camp counselor, personal training, EMT volunteering. I have received many awards for both basketball and softball. I have played softball since I was 7 years old and still play softball till this day. I played basketball since I was 7 as well. Softball has always been a passion for me. I played softball in High School and College. I played High School varsity softball in 8th grade-12th grade and was a starter all 4 years. I received awards during those years. In college I played at Mohawk Valley CC and played 2 years as a starter. I received athlete of the week along with All- 2nd team conference award. I also played at St. Josephs College in Patchogue and was a starter. I played basketball up until senior year in high school. I played varsity basketball from grades 9th-11th and won the Nassau County Champs in 2006.
I still do personal training off side and have been doing it for about 10 years total and still continue to do it. I enjoy training clients, friends and my former athletes because it’s my passion and I love doing what I do. I am also an NPC Women's Physique Bodybuilding Competitor and do competitions.
To me you need to represent the lifestyle that your client is looking to achieve. You have to strive to wake up renewed and purposeful each day. In a sense, you are in the motivational self-help service business, even when you don't feel like it – joy and enthusiasm go a long way! You don't have to be a supermodel or “huge” or even “buff” to be a personal trainer, despite what your inner ego tells you. But you DO have to “walk the talk”. You have to be put together and look like you care about yourself and others enough to put yourself together – you never know who's watching, but everyone watches.
Doesn't just have to be all about sports, Health is important in everyday life for all of us.
I like working with people and helping people. I am friendly and cheerful and have a good attitude and good work ethic. I also enjoy physical activities whereas wanting to become a softball/basketball coach or instructor. I was once in your spot wanting all that coaching and tutoring, wanting all those lessons, trying to get better and better and to become a better athlete, Now i want to make that change and HELP YOU become a Pro athlete. I love the game and l also love helping young kids even more. I find extreme self-satisfaction out of being able to influence positively young athletes and help them grow both as people and as athletes. Helping/Instructing softball can be extremely rewarding and fun. To me, it’s win-win situation. You give time and effort to the community/facility and to the kids and in return, you get the much-needed feelings of being appreciated and contributing to society.
