I am an undergraduate student at Queens College, with a solid background in Pure Science. I completed my O-levels and A-levels under Pearson Edexcel (the British Curriculum). Both my parents are teachers and naturally I found myself drawn to the profession. I love working together with my students to discover solutions to complex problems, one step at a time. I have been teaching on and off since High school. I've had students of various academic abilities in the past and we have all worked together to improve. I have taught students all the way from grade three to high school seniors who are preparing for public exams. Along the way, I got to meet some awesome people who inspired me with their curiosity. Learning is a skill that can be mastered and perfected.
I took a generous load of math Coursework during my O levels and A levels, all with either A(s) or A+(s). I also took the SAT recently and scored in the 97th nationally representative percentile.
Physics had always been my favorite subject, with all Physics Coursework graded Straight A(s) or A+(s). I must say that my interest in the subject grew with teaching it- first to my struggling classmates and later to my own students.
I have started teaching online only recently with the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. I hope my classes will still be as engaging as my usual in-person ones. I look forward to my new students. Pls. feel free to contact me with any queries.
