Very wide breadth of knowledge, high accountability (genuinely cares), unique approach to teaching, easy to work with
I've been working with Daniel on a regular basis to prepare for my medical board exams (specifically the USMLE Step 2 CK). Daniel is extremely knowledgeable on the material, and goes out of his way to ensure that I am hitting my goals. Even on non-scheduled work days, Daniel will reach out to check in on my progress, and will prepare supplementary study material as an added bonus to our sessions together. He genuinely care that I am making progress and is always encouraging. I found Daniel very easy to work with, as he is flexible with how to approach our lessons. He is very accommodating to my schedule and specific needs, and continuously learns how to best improve our study dynamic. For example, prior to working with Daniel, my approach to reviewing questions was often disorganized and I found myself missing important details. Daniel will find ways to make sure I am picking up on important details, without blatantly telling me. For example, when we review a topic together, he will ask me questions that will force me to really think about the "why" as opposed to just teaching me. This approach has helped me develop my own intuition and test-taking strategy. It's always a pleasure working with Daniel, and I'm so thankful for all his guidance and mentorship. I look forward to continuing our sessions!

Pharmacology and Patho
Daniel is very helpful and knowledgeable in pharmacology and patho. We've had multiple sessions, and his method of teaching is very understandable with detailed information that's specific to my learning. He tailors his sessions to your needs, using visual aids, mnemonics, and quiz questions. I have enjoyed my sessions with Daniel and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs tutoring on any level of education. Thanks so much, your knowledge and skills as they have exceeded my expectations for online tutoring.

"A-ha moment" tutor
Daniel is a great tutor and also support system to have as I have began to tackle step 2 ck. Each of his powerpoints he crafts and prepares for our lessons are gold. He spends a lot of time preparing for each session, and is able to relay the content in a very clear and memorable fashion. I have had many "a ha" moments during our sessions of GI and cardio, as pieces to the medical puzzle and buzzwords I have heard over and over without really understanding, have come into place. He is a great multitasker and able to juggle his own medical tasks with tutoring and supporting mine. Would highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, patient and well prepared.
It has been my second tutor session with Daniel and he never fails to disappoint. I told him I was having a hard time with some Cardiology topics, specifically with EKG readings, interpretations and management. He prepared a PowerPoint presentation for me and really tried his best to simplify and gave examples for each condition and explained why they happen or why it presents as such. What I also like about him, is that he goes out of his way to reach out to check on my progress from the last time I had a lesson with him and asks me specific areas where I want us to focus for our next tutor session. I will definitely book more tutor sessions. Highly recommended.

Daniel was a very knowledgeable and patient tutor.
Daniel was very patient with my lack of knowledge. He went back and taught me the basics that I need. He recommended points that he thought I would need and offered any future help that I might need.
