Dear students,
I am a college undergrad at Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business pursuing a B.B.A in Finance focusing in Investments. I apply myself to everything that I do with 110% and always try my best to figure something out if I do not know it. I took honors classes in Math my entire High School career and took Calculus in college along with working in Finance. I consider myself a skilled proofreader being that I always read what I write over and over again analyzing grammar mistakes. I write resumes for people close to me and it requires a keen sense of skill to catch errors.
My tutoring experience includes tutoring ages 8-14 in the subject areas of math and reading specifically. Being that I have experienced many standardized tests throughout my education career I became accustomed to test taking and problem solving which help me assist in various ways. I implement these skills in a variety of ways and whatever resources I have available.
My job as a tutor is to allow other students to gain knowledge from my experiences and knowledge, to use in their future classes, careers or life experiences. Being a college student in a business school, finance and economics classes gave me resources where I was able to complete excel projects and learn various routes of the program. I have a broad rang of skills on Excel and can help anyone in need of learning, Working for Merrill Lynch also requires me to use my skills in this field. I love to teach people new things and would love to learn from others as well. You learn something new everyday.
Best,
Nicholas N.
