Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a current college instructor at the City University of New York (CUNY) in the department of computer engineering technology. I earned my Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stony Brook University, New York. My passion for education started my first year of college where I worked as a tutor for science students (college and high school level) and preparation for SAT and PSAT math for 6 years. Since then, I am always willing to help and guide students in the areas of math and chemistry.
I am fluent in Spanish and Chinese (Cantonese).

Huixin was very nice and showed patience with my daughter. She arrived on time and is a good tutor.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
