I am a graduate student at Colombia University in Biomedical Engineering. My experience in tutoring started back in high school when I was the President of the tutoring club. During my undergraduate years I started tutoring local high school students in Math and Science courses.

I have been a tutor for over 10 years, with an array of success stories. I love tutoring people of all ages ranging from Elementary curriculum to college level courses. I also have experience tutoring test preparation lessons such as Regents Exams, AP Exams and the SAT.

I have an undergraduate degree in engineering and am currently and engineering graduate student. I have received A's in all math classes I have taken. I have worked as a TA in calculus, pre-calculus and algebra. I first started my tutoring career in math so I have the most experience in this realm.

I lived in Bogotá, Colombia for 5 years. I formally studied Spanish throughout high school and a year in college. I completed an undergraduate degree in Colombia, in a Spanish-speaking institution. I consider myself fluent but unlike a native speaker, I know how to break down the linguistic concepts to non-native students.
