I have more than 5 years of teaching/tutoring experience and used to work as a math director at a test prep school for 3 years. I am also a private tutor for AP calculus, AP physics, SAT Math/Physics Sub, and other related subjects. My students include those from Hunter College High School, Stuyvesant, Bronx Science, Brooklyn Tech, and other private schools, etc., many of them were referred by students and parents.
I helped many students got into their dream schools or honor classes. I have two master degrees (physics and math) and have very deep understanding of physics and math concepts. I have my own way to present difficult concepts in an easiest way to make sure even low level students can understand. I am very patient and very nice to students and have very good reputation. He is a great and honest teacher. He is an excellent teacher in quantum mechanics.
Also he always does not leave me before making sure if I understand the lessons or not.
Moreover, he is very patient. I recommend you to work with him.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
