I have 5+ years experience working as a programmer developing business applications using Microsoft Excel and Access VBA. Am fluent in versions 2003, 2007 and 2010. I've also used these applications with SQL Server (2008) as the back-end database.
I am also tutoring my friend's kids in high school algebra and geometry. I did very well in high school especially geometry where I scored 100 on the Regents exam. I also had a 99 on the Regents Algebra exam.
I can communicate and explain things very well but there is no substitute for hard work - the student must put in the time as well.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am an applications developer in Microsoft Access versions 2003, 2007 and 2010 using VBA, Excel VBA, and SQL Server.
The majority of my applications are in finance, but I've written applications in other areas. I know all aspects of Access including but not limited to writing queries, building reports, user-interactive forms, and macros.
I work with VB every day for Excel and Access and have been doing so for 5 years.
For example I'm often asked to update a set of records in an Excel sheet, which is set up as a table.
Here is a sample of some code I would write to perform this task.
dim I as integer
dim ws as worksheet
set ws = thisworkbook.sheets("Data")
for I = 2 to 1000
