I received my BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, where I took 4 years of drawing courses and was a teaching assistant for two drawing foundations professors for 3 full years. After graduating, I spent a full year advising high schoolers on their portfolios, essays, and extracurriculars in preparation for a variety of both art and fashion schools.

I received my BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, where I took 4 years of drawing courses and was a teaching assistant for two drawing foundations professors for 3 full years. Since graduation in 2017, I have continued formal observational drawing courses as well as utilized these skills in my own artwork.

I have more than 8 years of combined textile and sewing experience, including 4 years during undergrad at Rhode Island School of Design, 4 years in the professional fashion industry, and a 9-month artist residency at Textile Arts Center in Brooklyn. I have experience sewing, knitting, weaving, dyeing, and screen printing. I also have solid experience quilting through my personal studio practice. I am always open to reimagining materials in all sorts of ways!
