Versatile and fun
Sam is an engaging and flexible teacher. He explains new concepts very clearly, checks to make sure understanding is really locked in before moving on, and makes learning fun. He adapts really well to the needs of different ages, diagnoses learning styles accurately, and is thoughtful about what materials and approach would best serve the learning goals. My daughter loves him!

Amazing tutor!!
I’ve had a couple lessons with Sam and he’s really such a great tutor. In just a small amount of time I’ve already learned so much from him and he’s really good at explaining the material in different ways if you don’t understand. He’s also so nice and really cares about his students. Really recommend!!!

Understanding, and overall very helpful
Further explained grammar issues and other questions and tricks specific to the SAT. Overall, I learned a sizable amount about the writing portion on the SAT, and feel more confident in approaching the test.
