I am a touring professional tennis player and collegiate athlete. I have been playing tennis since the age of six years old and have worked my way to some of the highest achievements that a tennis player can achieve. As a junior I was the number 1 ranked player in all of New York and was ranked within the top 10 nationally. I later played division one tennis at the University of Maryland. I played varsity all four years and was a co-captain during my tenure. Additionally, I worked as an Assistant Tennis instructor at Brooklyn Racquet Club, where I trained all levels of tennis players, from beginners to high ranked juniors. After college, I traveled as a hitting partner with a former top 25 ranked woman tennis player and I have hit with a wide array of tennis professionals and college players. Also I coached at a huge tennis university, guiding them to win their first regular season conference championships. Currently I am a certified USPTR tennis instructor.
I have a vast experience in the world of tennis and I know what it takes to achieve success. Many of the coaches today are inexperienced and don't care if their players are improving or not. My intensity and drive, that has allowed me to reach the highest level of tennis, will be put to all my lessons with my students. You can trust that I will always make the decision that is best for my student's games and will do everything it takes to work with my students to help them achieve their goals and then some. I know many of the top players in the area and have the ability to invite players to practice and set up hitting sessions in order to take players to the next level.
I will work on footwork, endurance, physical strength, mental toughness, technique, and tactics each and every lesson. Hard work is a necessity at each lesson and won't be over looked as it many times is. Most of all, I will bring fun to the game and will make sure all of my students are having fun working hard and reaching their maximum potential.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
