The New School for Jazz & Contemporary Music (BFA Jazz Performance)
During the course of my career, I have worked extensively in music education, teaching saxophone, composition, theory, harmony, ear training and ensembles at various institutions such as the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, the Israeli Conservatory and Beit Danny Cultural Center Tel Aviv.
Working with students of all ages, levels and backgrounds, I know to adjust and find the right thing for each and every one, so that the learning process is altogether fun, effective and meaningful.
I hold a BFA degree in Jazz & Contemporary Music from the New School University NYC, where other than in depth studies in performance and composition, I also took music pedagogy and Alexander technique, adding great value to my overall teaching palette.
Currently part-time teaching and online tutoring Hebrew at a community Synagogue, I am very comfortable working with a team of educators, communicating with parents, developing lesson plans and manage lesson time in the most efficient way.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
