I started tutoring in Mathematics and Physics at the Bronx Community College since 2007.
During the summer 2009, I worked as a Mentor for junior and senior high school students for the NASA/STEP Proyecto Access program at the HOSTOS Community College.

For more than ten years of tutoring , I gained experience and adopted an efficient methodology to help students comprehend and excel in Mathematics and Physics. Additionally, I helped students in College Physics and Quantum Mechanics, Algebra, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Probability and Statistics.

I am fluent in English and French, and I have great leadership skills.

Very knowledgeable and explains the details thoroughly

I worked with Ibrahima on the subject of statistics. As a returning college student, I had difficulty grasping the concepts with my professor and knew that I needed tutoring if I wanted to pass. Ibrahima took time to explain the subject matter and how each detail relates to another. He was patient and I would highly recommend him as a tutor.

Patient and helpful tutor

Ibrahima helped me with some of the problems I was having with my contemporary homework. He was double-checking to make sure my work was correct. Also very friendly and understanding would recommend.

Knows his calculus very well

Ibrahima is very patient and helpful, would highly recommend using him again for my daughter's needs in calculus and physics.

Great tutor! Fast response!

I was looking for a tutor a.s.a.p and he was very fast with his responses (email, text, calls)!!! During class I discovered that he is just what I needed from a tutor: knowledgeable, patient, understanding my notes, simplifying what seems to be not intuitive (for me), has a flexible schedule and offered to call him if I have any problems with the material in case we can't meet. Highly recommended.

He is Alright

He seems to have a good understanding of the topic(Vector Calculus). In addition to being punctual he tries to understand the student and asked to see what I DO know. Provided me with laymen's terms for the class. However, he did not have basic things like a pen or pencil or even a piece of paper. He said he would be better prepared if I said the topic in advance but I don't think that's an excuse for having NOTHING but his laptop. It was difficult to understand what he was saying, especially over the phone.

Very thorough

I Found Ibrahima to be enthusiastic and very helpful in working through the problems. He was impressed with the level of work my daughter had ,and worked to give a precise and clear understanding of the material. Thanks!
