I have a strong math background that has exposed me to multiple different topics, because of this I am able to provide support to a large population of students regardless of their skill level. Currently, I am pursuing my degree in computer science and economics while keeping a 3.8 GPA. With strong math background I believe I can teach students who may have struggled with math patterns within the math that will help them truly understand their subject.

I have experience teaching high school and college level math subjects. I have tutored kids after class and privately and assisted the teacher with teaching the class subjects. My approach to teaching is decided by how the student feel comfortable learning because not all students are visual learners or hands on. Overall, I strive to teach them patterns within the math and explain math concepts in simplified terms and continuous practice to ensure they understand.

My teaching experience is mostly with k-12 kids with some college students at school one on one and some groups. For the last 6 years I have taught math with the intent of changing the narrative that math is complicated or confusing. My goal for each student is to understand their struggles and adapt them in way that teaches them in a way that is personal to them so that they are able to achieve their academic goals.

My goal is to make math simple and enjoyable.
Elementary Math

Elementary Math

I’m a Computer Science and Economics major with a strong foundation in mathematics from earning my Advanced Regents Diploma and completing the IB program. I have experience tutoring students who need extra support building confidence in foundational math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, and word problems. I focus on making math clear and stress-free by breaking concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations. My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but truly understand and enjoy math.
GED

GED

I’m a Computer Science and Economics major with a strong foundation in Algebra, basic math, and problem-solving. I specialize in helping GED students rebuild core math skills such as fractions, percentages, equations, and word problems in a clear and structured way. My teaching style focuses on breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps so students feel confident and prepared. My goal is to help students pass the GED exam while building lasting math skills they can use beyond the test.
Geometry

Geometry

I’m a Computer Science and Economics major with a strong background in Geometry and mathematical reasoning. I help students master key topics such as proofs, triangle congruence, similarity, circles, coordinate geometry, and Regents preparation. My approach focuses on breaking down complex theorems and multi-step problems into clear, logical steps that make sense. I aim to build both confidence and accuracy so students can perform well on exams and truly understand geometric concepts.
Macroeconomics

Macroeconomics

I’m a Computer Science and Economics major with a strong foundation in macroeconomic theory and real-world economic analysis. I help students understand key concepts such as GDP, inflation, unemployment, fiscal policy, monetary policy, and aggregate supply and demand. My approach focuses on connecting graphs and models to real economic events so students can fully grasp both the theory and application. I aim to help students succeed on exams while developing a deeper understanding of how the economy functions.
Microeconomics

Microeconomics

I am a Computer Science and Economics major with formal coursework in microeconomics, including supply and demand analysis, elasticity, market structures, consumer theory, and game theory. I focus on helping students understand both the mathematical and intuitive reasoning behind microeconomic models. I previously worked as an investment banking intern, where I applied microeconomic principles to real-world market analysis and firm behavior. I emphasize clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and connecting theory to practical examples. My goal is to build strong conceptual understanding while improving analytical and quantitative skills.
Prealgebra

Prealgebra

I am a Computer Science and Economics major with a strong foundation in a pre algebra. I have experience tutoring students and helping them build confidence with clear step by step instructions.
