Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am a student at Binghamton University studying integrative neuroscience. I have been a tutor for over 5 years, helping students in elementary school through high school, and even my own college peers. I love being able to share my knowledge and help students find ways to succeed and master materials that they never thought possible.
My first tutoring experience was in high school, where I helped my peers master topics such as geometry, algebra, and chemistry. From there, I began volunteering at a local, inner-city, elementary school to provide after-school tutoring for students who needed that little extra push to succeed in their studies and expanded my services to help some high school students in surrounding school districts. Flash forward to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, I assisted two children (grades 1st and 4th) with their online/remote-schooling in all subjects, from math and ELA to gym and music. I understand firsthand how the pandemic has hindered learning for students of all ages and I am ready to help you or your student get back on track and succeed!
Please feel free to message me with any questions you have! I hope that I am the right fit for you or your child, and I look forward to meeting and learning with you soon!
