I am a certified native Italian language teacher with over 12 years of experience. During those years teaching and tutoring the Italian language to K-12 students and adults, I have developed skills that allow me to communicate and understand students’ needs better. I believe in motivating and engaging students in using the language so they feel good about learning it.
I go to Italy at least once a year not only to visit my family, but also to remain in contact and current with the Italian culture and daily life.
I love the Italian language so much and I make my personal goal to promote proficiency and success in Italian for my students.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am qualified to tutor Italian because I have a certification in Education and a Master's Degree in Italian. I taught and tutored Middle and High school students as well as adults.
Motivating students is at the foundation of my teaching.
My tutoring methods are lively, interactive and aiming at a contextualized use of the language.
