My background is in supporting individuals using computers (mostly Microsoft Office, and Windows applications) from beginner to intermediate level; training and assisting users to install applications, improve performance on their computers and Mobile devices. I have a wide knowledge using Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Active Directory, Windows 10, This includes Office 365, (Sharepoint online).

I have over 15 years experience in information technology, mostly with PCs. I have the ability to communicate with the least tech savvy person adult or youth users.
