I'm a Homework Specialist for kids K-5 in an Elementary After School Program and I love helping children learn. It's always very rewarding when kids tell me that now they understand a certain Math topic because I've made it so easy for them. Kids that used to dread doing homework, now look forward to working on it because I have different ways to make it interesting to them. I'm also a mom and I'm sympathetic to children's needs. I also understand each child is unique and I use different creative approaches with them according to their different learning styles.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students.
