Hi, I'm Alex! I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Computer Science as well as completing a Pre-Medical track. In college, I always learned best when my professors made class exciting and engaging. Even difficult material can be made easy with the right teacher. I believe along with learning the material you also need to practice applying the information with practice problems and repetition that cements the material in your brain. Throughout my time in college, I also learned the best ways for me to study where I can be the most efficient with my time while also retaining the most information. I'd love to help you learn what works best for you. If you can figure out now what the best way is for you to learn, this can be used in any level of education and throughout many facets of life.

Throughout college I tutored middle school and high school students in the surrounding area in math and science subjects such as pre-algebra, algebra, biology, chemistry and physics. My high school and early college focus was in mathematics and in high school I took every upper division math class offered scoring extremely well on all of my regents and AP exams.

I have a very strong background in the sciences as I am attending medical school in the near future and have recently completed my pre-medical courses at college. In addition, I recently studied for and took my MCAT exam that required four months of study where I had to learn high level biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, physics, psychology and sociology.
