BS-University of Nevada, reno (Mechanical Engineeri)
Hello! I'm currently a junior attending University of Nevada, Reno in pursuit of a BS of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I hold two associate degrees one in Natural Science, and one in Social and Behavior Science. I plan on getting a Ph. D in Biomechanical Engineering. I've been tutoring since high school age first at my local library and then later at Sierra college; while I was getting my associates degree. At Sierra College they required all tutors to get certified by taking classes in how to optimize the tutoring experience, as well as help people of all different learning types. I am extremely eager to get back into the tutoring scene because I love to nurture the thirst for learning.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
