I have had tutoring experience for about two years.
During my undergraduate studies I tutored extensively in general chemistry ranging from topics in solution chemistry, colligative properties, gas laws, phase changes, electrochemistry, thermodynamics and stoichiometry. I also had six months of experience in tutoring biochemistry. Some of my favorite subjects to tutor concerning biochemistry are in the fields of metabolism and in some aspects of biosynthesis. Very proficient in human physiology and all of its aspects.
I love tutoring because it is what lead me to teach in the near future. I love helping students to be able to solve complex problems and in having them to learn to think for themselves. I believe that once foundation principles are established, that learning shortly follows.
That is the approach that I take in helping my students. I also like to hold weekly tutor sessions and to at times make practice exams for further learning. I really do love to teach and hope to have the opportunity to show you how much you can accomplish and learn with a little bit of help from me. I have had tutoring experience for about two years.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
