I was fortunate enough to meet Herbert I. when I began taking my Math 209 class through the University of Phoenix. I have not had a math class for more than a decade, however, I made an "A" in the class, because of the tutoring I received from Herbert.
I liked Herbert and his manner of teaching and reliability so much that I had him tutor my next class, which was Statistics. I received my final grade today 98/100 points, a solid "A". Thank you Herb, I could not have done it without your help, you are a great tutor.
Herbert is always on time. He gets right to the subject at hand and I believe my daughters grade in Pre Calculus is getting higher.
Joey is learning the process and to be patient when he completes the problems
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
