Math teacher with over 5 years of experience

I have been a teacher of Mathematics for almost 7 years and have worked in Middle Schools and High Schools. I always discuss the needs of my new pupils very carefully and aim to build their confidence in the subject. I find that practice in exam techniques invariably helps to rapidly improve grades.

I am very patient and enjoy helping others to learn. My pupils have fun while they study and are always proud of their progress. I try to encourage a genuine interest in any subject studied.

I enjoy tutoring math because of the opportunity it gives me to adapt the lessons to closely meet the tutees particular needs and learning style; which can be lacking in a regular classroom.
