My name is Gregory M. R., and I am a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and college instructor at Clovis Community College (Clovis, New Mexico). I have experience in teaching English (composition and research) and political science (what they call government and history in high school). I also have extensive experience in tutoring history, English, and political science, as I worked as a Writing Center tutor and as a TSI Leader (Tutoring Supplement Instruction Leader) at ENMU during my undergraduate and graduate education there.

I love tutoring because it allows me to help students like you succeed inside and outside of the classroom. Moreover, I am able to make connections with students and their subject matter through face-to-face interactions. Further, I love tutoring students because I get to see that "lightbulb" moment, when things really connect.

*I know my stuff. I've been teaching and tutoring writing, reading, history, political science, public speaking (presentations, mainly), and literature for the better part of eight years.
*I enjoy the subjects I tutor and/or teach. I have explored these subjects in my education and beyond.
*I continue to do research on these fields in order to be a better teacher and/or tutor.
