I made A's in Basic Math & College Algebra, placed out of both semesters of freshman English (due to a high ACT score in English), and made almost all A's and B's in all other college courses. I got a BSN in nursing from NMSU in May 2012 with a 3.5 GPA. My overall college GPA is about a 3.3.

I have two bachelor's degrees from Texas State University, both in business; one has a Finance concentration, and the other has a Computer Information Systems concentration. Although those degrees are in business, I'm interested in a wide variety of subjects, and I think I'm well suited to tutor English (and all related topics - grammar, punctuation, editing, proofreading, spelling), some math, and I may branch into some other subject(s) at some point. I'm best at what I call 'everyday math', equations, diagrams ... not so much the sine/cosine more theoretical stuff (it's just been too long).
Regardless of the subject, I'd suggest that you email me and describe what type of problem you're having with it, and/or what type of help you need, and I'd be happy to discuss that with you. I will only take on students in a situation where I think I can help. And I do want to help; I enjoy helping people learn.
I don't have professional teaching experience per se yet, but I've taught a few in-house (i.e. at companies where I worked) computer classes, and have informally helped a few relatives/friends improve their math, computer skills, etc.
