Musa is a very friendly, patient tutor. He's been teaching me simple letters of the Arabic alphabet and how to pronounce them and write them in various forms. He was happy to flex our agenda to dedicate a whole lesson to deepen my understanding of vowel use and the relationship between long and short vowels. He was also patient in allowing me to demonstrate my current thinking and approach, which I feel really helps him understand where I'm coming from, which led to great discussions.
Really enjoying the whole process.
Musa is extremely well qualified and able to help at every level.
he helped me to understand different layers in network security.
The man is simply brilliant. I could go on but I won't for the sake of brevity. Hands down one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever had the pleasure of being a student of. Absolutely exceptional!
Mr. Musa is a great Arabic tutor. He got my kids (ages 9 and 4) very engaged and excited about the topics. His patience, professionalism and method of teaching is absolutely top notch.
It's been a while since I've formally studied Arabic, and I must say Musa has really helped me to jump back into the swing of things. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional, and organized. He knows how to present new concepts in a manner that's easy to quickly comprehend, but most importantly he will help you to stay motivated, focused, and on track with progress. Looking forward to our next class!
I was trying to learn SQL. He is very knowledgeable in the subject and very patient. He made sure that I grasped the concept thoroughly.
I started Arabic lessons with Musa a few weeks ago and have been greatly impressed with his dedication. He takes time to ensure that concepts are clearly understood and answers all questions with extreme patience. I am highly impressed by his ability to scale up or down the material / content of the course based on the student's capability. He provides excellent materials and examples beyond text books for practical learning and natural learning of Arabic. I would highly recommend Musa to other students as he has great teaching skills and understands the requirements and level of every student.
I have attended nearly 3 months of weekly classes with Musa and am nearing completion of the introductory Arabic text book (Al Kitaab Series).
Musa has been a very effective and intelligent teacher, tailoring his lessons to my preference for focusing more on conversation and vocabulary. This approach has been very beneficial and value added given my moderate pre existing knowledge of the language.
Musa has also covered all introductory building blocks including the Arabic alphabet, preliminary vocab and grammatical constructs relying not only upon the materials available in the text book but supplementing it with his own hand outs and knowledge. He has been able to effectively provide context and meaning to words/phrases of common usage and build conversational ability through in class dialogue practice sessions.
I would highly recommend Musa to anyone looking to learn the Arabic language from a beginner level as well as those looking to improve upon their skills from an intermediate level.
Musa has been very helpful to my son, a high school freshman who is learning Arabic for the first time. We knew that Arabic was difficult, but Musa has made the transition much easier. He is a teacher at the local Islamic Center and has experience with my son's classroom text, Al-Kitaab. Musa is able to move back and forth between Arabic and English languages seamlessly. Musa is very patient with my son and explains concepts in detail. Musa writes excellent summaries of each session and promptly schedules our next meeting. I would highly recommend Musa for anyone who is interested in pursuing Arabic.
I have only had 1 lesson with him and I am very glad I chose him for my Arabic Language for Arabic 2. I missed a lot of fundamentals from my university class that Musa was able to fill in and explain and review with me. He was patient, very easy to understand and very detailed oriented. Highly recommend him, wish I started in Arabic 1 with him.
