University of Northern Colorado (Classical Voice)
Calling all voice enthusiasts.
Hello, my name is Anthony and would like to find a hard working and fun students who want to gain a better technique of voice in order master and unlock the full potential of what students are capable of. I am a classically trained singer from Colorado with my Bachelor of Arts in Classical Voice from the University of Northern Colorado. I have a Performance background both in Opera and Musical Theater. Through my time at UNC as a voice and an education major I have learned that the Fundamentals of any business help to release the full potential inside any person and the voice is no different. Through opera and classical training I have personally expanded what my voice was capable of and find the more proper technique you carry with the less problems you run into later in life whether singing Jazz, Musical Theater, Rock etc.
I have had much success not only in performance, but in teaching as well. During my time at UNC I had a studio of my own of students many who were looking to audition for the UNC Voice Studios themselves and successfully claimed a spot of their own. I also was the Music Director at the Harrington's Arts Alliance having a group of students from Middle School to High School and College aged in sell out performances of "Into the Woods" "Spring Awakening" and "Chicago."
I have a Bachelors of Art in Music with an emphasis is Classical Voice and Education and Minor in Theater.
I love helping students find out who they are and expand what they thought they were capable of. I look forward to working with you. I am always willing to help with audition preparation for Performance and for College. Please contact me to see if my theory and knowledge is a good fit to take you to the next step on your journey in Music. Calling all voice enthusiasts.

For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I am a recent graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Classical voice. One of the requirements for this degree was two full years of Music History from Early Greek through all large western culture periods to Contemporary, romantic and atonal 20th Century Music. I personally chose to take two extra classes in Music Cultures of the World and Styles and Context which added ear training and sight reading to identifying Music Styles by composer, period and genre by listening.
