Unfortunately, high school Guidance Counselors today are burdened with such a large caseload of students, it is virtually impossible to give each student the time and attention that the college application process demands. I provide you with the commitment, individualized attention, and expertise necessary to navigate you through the entire college search and teach you the crucial steps to stand out on college applications.
I was born and raised in Ridgewood, New Jersey and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Susquehanna University and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Counseling from Montclair State University.
As a licensed, certified Guidance Counselor, I have extensive experience working with students of all educational levels. Through my years as a counselor at a college-prep private school, I worked with numerous students who were admitted to the nation's most selective colleges and universities.
I have also sat on committees with school staff and parents implementing the application of IEP's and 504 plans in the high school setting and can advise on what to look for in future college services.
No matter what educational level, there is a college for everyone and I am passionate about finding that perfect fit for your child.
My schedule is very flexible so feel free to contact me and I will be happy to talk more about what college application services you are looking for.
