Traditionally, facilitators of education should provide quality instructional education in accordance to curriculum standards and student’s needs. Teaching can be challenging whether in a general, special education, or inclusive classroom setting or one to one tutoring; However, certain accommodations and modifications must be made to ensure that every student receives the resources necessary to achieve academic success.
Importantly, Mr. M. realizes that it is crucial to differentiate instruction to discover success and motivation for a student; thus, accommodating the needs of students with the notion that every child learns differently and may require an array of resources to be successful within that lesson being taught.

Ultimately, Mr. M. believes in keeping anecdotal notes, guided reading, power teaching and consistent motivation ensure an effective learning outcome. As an Educator/Tutor, he values the opportunity to break down complex tasks into simpler steps so that each student can process the information at their own pace to ensure the best practices.
