I have over 20 years of computer training experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. I have taught various levels of each application -- introduction to advanced. My training experience includes one-on-one training, classroom instructor led training as well as web-based training. Due to my extensive background, I am able to customize the training sessions to meet your individual needs and goals. Training sessions can be scheduled to as much as a full day...

I have over 20 years of computer training experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. I have taught various levels of each application -- introduction to advanced. My training experience includes one-on-one training, classroom instructor led training as well as web-based training. Due to my extensive background, I am able to customize the training sessions to meet your individual needs and goals. Training sessions can be scheduled to as much as a full day of training to as little as one hour of training. Whatever meets your needs. I have a background in training with law firms, corporate organizations and adult education programs.

Fabulous, Patient and Very Knowledgeable

I wanted a patient tutor to go over the fundamentals of Excel and Word. Jennifer listened to my concerns about re-entering the workforce and tailored our lesson accordingly. She guided me thru the basics and I felt confident as the lesson progressed. There is an easy conversation that takes place with Jennifer that allows you to absorb and then apply her knowledge to the task at hand. I asked some questions that were beyond basics, and Jennifer answered them, explaining in a easy style that really registered with me. I preferred to meet in person and appreciated that Jennifer was willing. I would highly recommend Jennifer as a tutor. In a couple of short hours, she brought my confidence to a new level.
