I am a Princeton University senior currently on leave, looking to connect with local and online students. I graduated valedictorian from the Pingry School in 2017. I used to be a mathematics major and switched into comparative literature, so I am proficient in a broad range of subjects. As a freshman, I received a 2018 Manfred Pyka Prize from the Princeton Department of Physics for excelling in the honors introductory sequence (Classical Mechanics and Electricity & Magnetism). I love teaching— I have had many years of experience in tutoring a variety of subjects, including French, Physics, Chemistry, Math, and SATs, both for companies/organizations and privately. In addition, I have experience with teaching ESL ( I am a native Mandarin speaker with high-intermediate French and Spanish language skills).
I have many years of experience tutoring high school level mathematics, SAT math, as well as math at the college level. At Princeton, I was an undergraduate course assistant and tutor for math major introductory courses, Honors Analysis and Linear Algebra. I guided prospective math majors one-on-one and led homework help, test prep, and review sessions.
I am a Comparative Literature major with experience in student and professional journalism. I have written and produced radio segments for WNYC Studios and have helped many students with essay revision (including college app essays).
