My name is Gabriella. I currently teach first grade in Woodbridge township. This is my 5th year teaching first grade. I have my teaching certification in early childhood as well as elementary education. In the past I have taught preschool, as well as kindergarten.
I specialize in teaching language arts, such as reading, spelling, grammar, and writing. I am willing to travel in order to accommodate my students. I am very good at using proper grammar. I also have knowledge of basic reading programs that would be useful to a young beginning reader.
I am qualified to teach handwriting as well as spelling because I have background knowledge in both of those areas.
Phonics is one of the parts of language arts that I specialize in. I teach phonics everyday in my classroom.
I am hoping to gain a few students, because I would love to help someone learn in a way that has not been taught to them before. I thoroughly enjoy watching children learn something that they haven't learned before. My name is Gabriella. I currently teach first grade in Woodbridge township. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
