I am Olfat M. I have a Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery. I have received a Certificate of Eligibility in health education and a Teacher of Psychology Certificate of Eligibility from NJ. I have successfully completed an introduction to the teaching profession (A 24 Hour Pre-service Program) and classroom observation for Health classes I, II, III at John Kennedy High School, I have several years of experience working with children, not to mention I am currently raising four children of my own.
I am very interested in working with children of all ages. I have had experience teaching from grade levels pre-k to 12th grade as an instructional assistant and substitute teacher in Paterson Public Schools of NJ
As a children’s medical doctor, daycare provider, and a substitute, I have learned many tools to help me improve my teaching skills. I greatly enjoy working with the students on the many tasks during the day to help the student better their performance in school. Patience with children is one of my strong points since I have worked with them at schools, daycare centers, and in my own home. Therefore, I feel comfortable and confident in working with children of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. I always do what is in my power to help the teachers and students, and I anticipate being able to continue to do so. Helping kids is one of my virtues and I passionately believe that this position will further enable me to provide them with the tools they need throughout their lives.
