My educational background includes a BS in Business Management from Syracuse University and an MBA in Marketing from American University in Washington, DC.. I also have completed a certificate degree in the Chief Marketing Officer Academy at Columbia University. I have over 25 years of hands on and leadership experience in marketing for top brands and companies, as well as start-ups. I have been tutoring for 6 years and I have primarily tutored students age 18-25 in both undergraduate college level and graduate coursework. My tutoring style often relies on using relevant and real-life examples that are closely tied to the concepts and assignments. This helps you to more quickly internalize the information and begin to be constructive. I help to make sure you really understand what the professor is asking. It is not always that clear. Sometimes students start off by going down the wrong path, which creates more challenges and re-dos on multi-part projects. I believe in a hands-on approach to working through problems and drafts and my patience really helps with getting things right. I am very patient, easy going and have an empathetic approach. I’m easy to get a hold of should you have more questions or require follow-up support. I have tutored students in both undergrad and graduate level courses.
