I'm a recent graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Archaeology. Throughout college I specialized in forensics, paleopathology and zoology. I also have experience as a teacher's assistant (TA) for Anthropology courses at college. I love helping people and I would say I'm a good tutor. Right now I'm preparing to go to grad school for Public Health for next Fall.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I've completed a 4 year Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at SUNY Plattsburgh. I have a background as a Teacher's Assistant for a Forensic Anthropology class where I was responsible for setting up labs and tutoring classes. Some of my specialties are in Cultural Anthropology, Sexuality and Culture, Paleopathology, Introductory and Advance Human Evolution.
I have a minor in Archaeology from SUNY Plattsburgh. My specialties include Osteology, Zoo Archaeology and introductory Archaeology. I have been involved in many volunteer digs in the NY-Vermont area. Also i have worked for a CRM (Cultural Resource Management) company in upstate New York.
As part of my Archaeology minor I focused on European history from the late 17th century to early 20th century. Most of my studies dealt with the socioeconomic, political and artistic evolution of Europe that effected health, architecture and migration patterns during this time.
I have played and done music theory for over the 16 years as a classical pianist. As part of my schooling as a pianist and work in music theory, I was trained in musical history from the monophonic texture used in medieval and Renaissance eras, to the 20th century musical styles.

I have played piano for over 16 years as well as graduating in grade 8 under the Royal School of music. I'm certified to teach beginner and intermediate levels of piano. I have also have given private lessons in piano and the steel drums. I am also a qualified in music theory.
I play high school Ju-V and varsity levels. I was captain of my junior varsity team. I also played at Club level for 3 years as the setter and libero. I was trained to be a ref and assisted the coach on training new players.
I did AP history in high school and was required to do world history in college for my major. During which time I tutored for American, European and world history.
