I currently teach 5th grade and am passionate about seeing my students succeed! I have been teaching for the past eleven years and each year is better than the one before. I am proud that I have the opportunity to go to work each day and not only change and shape the lives of my students but I get to do something I love and am passionate about!
I began my teaching career in Connecticut where I attended college, however I decided I wanted to be closer to my family, so I moved back to New Jersey. I then became a substitute teacher in the district in which I attended elementary and high school. This has been an amazing opportunity because I have had the opportunity to see the inner workings of a school as both a teacher and student. I also enjoy working here because I have a deep understanding of the community and its values.

I now see my students as their parents see them I am able to empathize with parents wanting the best for their children because I have the same goals for my son.

I have been teaching for the past eleven years and each year is better than the one before. I am proud that I have the opportunity to go to work each day and not only change and shape the lives of my
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
This is my 10th year as an elementary school educator. I have designed both enrichment and remedial projects to help every learner succeed. I believe in a success model, by first recognizing student strengths and building upon them, then moving toward success in areas of weakness.
