At the age of 17, I began working with autistic children. I felt blessed to have found my passion and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Special Education and Early Childhood Education. After a few years of working in a nearby public school, I decided to leave my full time job to pursue my Master's Degree in School Counseling and Educational Specialist Degree in Professional Counseling. My wealth of experience has lead to my 15 years of experience in the public sector in which I have enjoyed being employed as a Special Educator, Early Interventionist, and School Counselor.
Having various credentials has offered me the amazing opportunity to work with youth ages 0-21 and their families. I am known for my kind, joyful, determined demeanor and broad skill set.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
