I have an associate's degree in Elementary Education from Camden County College, a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University, and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Saint Joseph's University. I completed both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees online.
In the past, I have been a substitute teacher for both Maple Shade Schools and Source4Teachers. I am going on my third school year with Moorestown Township Public Schools as a K-3 Special Education Paraprofessional. The 2015-16 school year will be my second year working alongside students with behavioral disorders; I spend my first year here working in the multiple disabilities classroom.
I consider myself, and co-workers would agree, that I am patient, flexible, calm, reliable and hard working person. I am personable and easy to get along with. I'm certain you will find me a suitable tutor for your elementary school-related needs.
I have 2 certifications in Elementary Education; (1) general k-5 classroom and (2) basic skills reading and math k-8.
Please contact me with any questions you may have. I'm more than happy to help however I can. Hopefully, I will get to work with you or your child sometime in the near future. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
