Howdy! My name is Ricky P and I am currently a dental student at NYU. I have tutored since high school in all subjects and levels of education. Always willing to help someone out, especially in science, math, dentistry, english, and writing. Love getting to meet with new people and teaching individuals in a relaxed, stress-free environment. I got my undergraduate degree in biology from New York University and have stayed at their graduate dental school to get my DDS. I used to tutor for Chegg and am currently a tutor for NYU's school of dentistry. I was always advanced in the field of math, completing Algebra in the 7th grade. In high and middle school, I completed algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, pre-calculus, AP statistics, and AP calculus. In college, I was able to take more advanced statistics courses and have even done research involving the use of these statistical concepts. In high school, I took AP biology and was very successful in the course. I decided to major in biology for my undergraduate degree. I have taken all sorts of courses relating to biology including standard biology, molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, anatomy and physiology, lab technique courses, genetics, microbiology, ecology, and several others. Writing is an area in which I have found a lot of joy in helping students come up with ideas and put these ideas onto paper. I often am the one my friends go to in order to receive feedback, corrections, etc. I always offer meaningful feedback and am always willing to help with edits, etc. Hit me up!
