About John

I have been tutoring and/or teaching for over 25 years. My first tutoring sessions was as an undergraduate at Georgia Tech. Since then, I have been tutoring and have also lectured as an adjunct professor at 2 colleges - a period spanning over 15 years. Presently, I tutor only on request but sill enjoy it immensely. I have taught and tutored All levels of Math up to and including Differential Equations. I have also tutored in Electrical Engineering circuit theory. Although I am not offering this subject at this time, I have also tutored in probability and statistics.

Teaching is a fulfilling profession. There is nothing better than seeing the "I got it" light get brighter when something is fully understood. It is at that moment when the student's confidence reaches its highest level. Suddenly, everything becomes manageable. My mantra is that everything is easy once it is understood. So it is my goal to get the concepts across so it can be understood.

If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
